Limited Warranty for Plumbing Services
Apex Plumbing LLC (“the Company”) warrants that all labor and installation services performed will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of [12 months] from the date of completion.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
Defects in workmanship related to labor and installation
Leaks or failures resulting from improper installation
Replacement or repair of defective labor at no cost to the customer (within the warranty period)
Parts and materials supplied by the Company, as specified below
Warranty Period
Labor/Workmanship: [1 year] from date of service
Company-Supplied Parts & Fixtures: Per manufacturer’s warranty (the Company will facilitate claims when possible)
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Fixtures, parts, or appliances not supplied by the Company
Customer-provided materials or equipment
Clogs, backups, or failures caused by misuse, abuse, or foreign objects
Natural disasters or events outside of our control (e.g., floods, earthquakes, freezing)
Routine maintenance or wear and tear
Work that has been altered, tampered with, or repaired by others after installation
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain this warranty, the customer must:
Notify the Company of any issues promptly upon discovery
Allow reasonable access for inspection and repair
Not alter or tamper with the original work
Limitations of Liability
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the plumbing system.
